At Nexus we were one of only 3 proptech startups among 250. Real estate isn't crowded, it's underserved, and we get to help define it. One pitch and a strong demo from Jilin turned into 30 confirmed leads and 5 use cases with 5 companies. We are ready to board that spaceship.🚀

New Feature Updates Released

In May, PropEase released a new product update with improved features and a newly trained model. These updates improve performance, scalability, and overall user experience.

Partnering with Emergent Leuven and NEXT, we joined the Startups in AI pitching competition and jobfair to attract talent for our summer internships.

Release of a new foundation

Oreon Properties onboard first Assets

After iterating in the summer, Oreon Properties started using PropEase within their operations to leverage AI in order to improve Communication, Audit and Transparency around documents .

At EXPO REAL and winning an Award ?

October 2025 was a stop in Munich where we were nominated for the EXPO REAL Impact Awards.
Made a lot of new connections in the Real Estate world and learned from some great startups (competitors).

Summer was all about providing our early believers the best service and now we are about to release our second version

PropEase First Release (Pilot)

In May PropEase launched its first version.
Pilot Clients will be using it through the summer and start iterating to understand how we can improve before developing further.

Flanders invests 50.000€

In March PropEase was granted a 50.000€ subsidy from VLAIO as being part of innovative projects in Flanders. We keep the momentum !
FEBRUARY 2025

Jilin He joins as Co-Founder and CTO

Jilin is a ML Engineer and Data Scientist and studied around the world with a BSc at UESTC & UC Berkeley and 
MSc with EIT Digital at Paris-Saclay & TU Berlin. 
He first, Started as a Researcher for NLP and semantic search models and now is part of the PropEase Team. Gauthier &  Jilin met during a Summer School in Helsinki around Building Digital Platforms in cities in 2022.
