3. Direct marketing
We normally send marketing communications based on consent.
We may also contact existing customers about our own similar products or services when:
we obtained their contact details in connection with a sale;
the communication concerns our own similar products or services;
we offered a clear opportunity to object when collecting the details; and
every communication provides a free and straightforward unsubscribe option.
You may unsubscribe or object to direct marketing at any time.
4. Is providing personal data mandatory?
Providing information through our contact form or appointment scheduler is voluntary.
However, we need the fields marked as required to respond to your inquiry or arrange an appointment. If you do not provide this information, we may be unable to process your request.

Essential cookies are used to operate the website. Optional cookies, including Google Analytics cookies, and the embedded Calendly scheduler are activated only after consent through the cookie banner.

6. Who we share personal data with
We do not sell personal data. We use service providers that process personal data on our behalf under appropriate contractual and data-protection obligations.

When personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on a valid adequacy decision, including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable, or another lawful safeguard such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

No method of online transmission or storage is completely secure. We therefore review and update our safeguards where appropriate.
9. Your rights
Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may:
request access to your personal data;
correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
request deletion or restriction;
receive certain data in a portable format;
object to processing based on legitimate interests;
object at any time to direct marketing; and
withdraw consent at any time.
Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that lawfully took place before withdrawal.

We respond without undue delay and within one month. Where permitted by the GDPR, this period may be extended by up to two additional months because of the complexity or number of requests. We will inform you of any extension within the initial one-month period.

10. Automated decision-making
We do not use personal data collected through this website for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy when our processing activities, services or legal obligations change. The current version and its revision date will remain available on this page.
